In compliance of the Ley Orgánica 15/1999 (Personal Data Protection Act), Dream Big Association guarantees the protection and confidentiality of all personal data, of any kind, provided by our users.
All data provided by the users to Dream Big Association or its staff will be included in an automated file for personal data management, created and maintained under the responsibility of Dream Big Association and essential to the fulfillment of any requested services.

Dream Big Association and the users, with express resignation of any other jurisdiction that might apply to them, submit themselves to the rule of the competent courts in the user’s place of residence, in what regards any controversy deriving from the access or the usage of the website. In the event the users had their residence set outside of Spain, Dream Big Association and the user will submit themselves to the rule of the courts competent in the place of residence of Dream Big Association (headquarters address), with express resignation of any other jurisdiction that might apply to them.
