Volunteer work is a fundamental resource for the projects we cooperate with, since the majority of their actions, plans and strategies benefiting the local communities wouldn’t be possible without resorting to it. Counting with the collaboration of volunteers means not only more strength and presence to act on the ground, but also knowledge and abilities that play a huge part in improving the results. At an individual level, becoming a volunteer represents a unique experience and an incomparable opportunity for personal learning and growth.
